Terms and Conditions

1. General
- These terms and conditions apply to all works undertaken by Dirtymoo.com.
- Dirtymoo.com reserves the right to amend or repeal these terms without prior notice.
- Any estimates provided by Dirtymoo.com are valid for a maximum period of 3 months from the date of the estimate.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be
decided only by the English courts.
- Dirtymoo.com shall not be held liable for any loss or perceived damage to clients business or reputation howsoever caused.
- At all times, Dirtymoo.com undertakes to conduct its business to the highest professional standards and to protect
its clients interests insofar as is reasonably possible.
2. Copyright
- Dirtymoo.com retains the copyright to design layouts, artwork, images, illustrations and footage supplied for use by its clients except where explicitly stated otherwise.
- Dirtymoo.com retains the copyright on all 3D models used to create images or digital animations for use by its clients.
- Dirtymoo.com retains the copyright on all source code used to create websites or software for use by its clients.
- No artwork, image, illustration or footage may be re-used by the client or any third party without the consent of Dirtymoo.com
except where explicitly stated otherwise.
- The client may request additional usage of artwork, images or footage from Dirtymoo.com providing Dirtymoo.com is not itself bound by any copyright constraint. A fee may be applicable for re-use.
- Where a client supplies images, Dirtymoo.com will always assume that the client has copyright for such use
and Dirtymoo.com will
not be held liable to any legal action resulting from illegal use of photographs, illustrations, artwork, texts or any other material
supplied that may be subject to copyright law.
- Dirtymoo.com will retain copyright on design work submitted until such time as the design has been paid for. Any
original artwork, photography or other
creative origination will remain the property of Dirtymoo.com unless a copyright release has been granted to the client in writing.
3. Design
- Any additional costs for items such as stock photography and/or illustrations not specified in the original estimate
will be passed on as extra.
- The cost of changes to the initial quoted site design may be passed on as extra if such modifications result from changes to the original brief
after a design has been submitted, or, additional costs resulting from circumstances that could not reasonably have been foreseen by Dirtymoo.com
prior to commencing work.
4. Websites
- Dirtymoo.com undertakes to provide fully functional, accessible website design and maintenance as agreed on a
job-by-job basis.
- Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure websites are widely accessible, Dirtymoo.com cannot guarantee that websites
will appear in the same fashion and with the same functionality on every operating system, browser or device.
- Where clients are given access to their own website area, Dirtymoo.com will not be held responsible for problems or
issues which arise as a result of modifications to the live files by the client.
- Website maintenance is not included in website design and development estimates except where explicitly stated or requested.
- Where maintenance contracts are in place they cover maintaining the functionality of the website and minor updates only. Changing
the design, functionality or source code of websites to cope with new browsers or devices is not included.
5. Privacy
- Dirtymoo.com takes privacy very seriously. Our client's details are never released to any
third party for sales or marketing purposes. Credit card details are never stored by Dirtymoo.com either electronically or in any other form.
